MEDITATION TO KNOW WHO YOU ARE


Yes, I know there is not a final answer to this question, since we are in constant flux of movement. However I must say to you there is a part of you that it never change, that is constant beyond time and space and that only you will be at peace when you establish a friendly relationship to it. Do this meditation for 40 days and see the increase of security, peace and inner stability.

Sit in an Easy Pose or comfortable in a chair,
Eyes: Focus the lightly closed eyes at the Third Eye Point (between the eyebrows.)
Mantra: SAT NAAM ( sat means true, naam means identity)
Mudra: With the four fingers of the right hand, feel the pulse on the left wrist. Place the fingers in a straight line, lightly, so that you can feel the pulse in each fingertip. On each beat of the heart, mentally hear the sound SAT NAAM.
Time: Continue for 11 minutes. Build to 31 minutes.
