HOW TO DO THE MEDITATION
This 15 minute meditation has two parts: one to address the physical aspect and the other for the mind. Both parts need to be done together.
Part One (inspired by Yogi Bhajan)
Drink 2 cups of fresh warm water with the juice of a ½ lemon.
Sit comfortably in easy pose.
Inhale in 4 vigorously strokes/inhalations through your mouth.
Hold the breath in and rotate your belly towards the right 3 times.
Still holding the breath, rotate the belly 3 times in the other direction.
Exhale through your nose.
Repeat this 3 times, no more that that. Repose.
Part Two
Mentally reaffirm your inner truth: “I am the creator and I am the creation. My mind has invented my disappointments to avoid my creative powers.”
Allow the memory of all your disappointments to flow through you. Allow any physical sensation. KEEP YOUR SMILE AND SENSE OF PRESENCE. Sit with this for 3 minutes.
For 1 minute: sit quietly, with a deep, natural breath.
Go into silence for 10 minutes.
Lay down and relax.
This meditation is best done in the morning. It can be done before Integral Meditation if you have this practice.
