How to release inner anger.


This exercise needs to be done for 40 consecutive days.
Select a place where you can go every day and safely release  for 11 minutes.

First stage
Put a thick mat on the floor, lay down on your back in a comfortable position and take 3 natural long deep breaths. Repose. Connect with your body and then start hitting vigorously the floor with your whole body. All parts of your body need to make a strong connection with the floor. It is like a child having a tantrum but in a contained way. Hit the floor for 8 minutes. Let it go, be loose. Them turn over and do the same on your tummy for 3 full minutes. After 11 minutes repose.

Second stage
Turn your body toward the right and do 3 long natural breaths. Sit up in meditation pose and start Sitali breath. (inhale thought the poked tongue and exhale trough your nose) let the system to cool down. Do the breath for 3 minutes. Relax and meditate for another 5 minutes.
Recommendations
Allow any emotions to flow through you, do not stop, do not negotiate, and do not get dramatic. Also, taking Turmeric healing paste for the 11 days can complement these exercises.
