Kale is rich in vitamin A, K, and C, but that does not make kale the super food that it is. Kale is also the green to enrich the minerals in your blood. It contains magnesium, calcium, phosphorous, potassium, zinc and iron.
Minerals are good for all of us, but especially for our air constitution, Vatta.
Eat kale cooked, boiled or as a snack in the form of chips.
I personally recommend this snack for Kaphas.

Ingredients:
1 bunch of kale (the more rippled the better)
1-2 tbs of ghee
Salt to taste
Remove the stems running through the middle of the leaves (otherwise your chips will be chewy rather than crispy.)
Cut into large pieces and place separately on a cookie sheet.
Melt the ghee and lightly brush onto the kale. Add salt to taste.
Bake in the oven at 250 degrees for approximately 25 minutes, or until kale is crispy
