How to Pray: a healing practice

There is a beautiful ancient tradition to assist our healing and growth, and bring fulfillment to our life through these prayers.

We need time, commitment and sincerity in this task.  We will surely be challenged, upgraded and given the space to see our fundamentals more clearly.

The realization that the core of your being is your soul,  the realization that you were born and you will die, and during that time you will pay karma, learn lessons and seek to be better, the realization that you were born with talents and unique gifts that you need to honor, the realization that your past is a key to your future, that any moment you have lived fully form a background for your next step, and that a clear and aware path creates fulfillment in your life.

These realizations, supported by your prayers, are steps towards honoring  different cycles and aspects of your divine self.

Method:

1.- Choose one prayer.

2.- Repeat it eleven times a day in front of a mirror.

3.- Do that for 40 days.

4.- The first day: dedicated to your conception.

5.- Day two: dedicated to your womb experience.

6.- Day three: dedicated to your first breath.

7.- Day four: dedicated to your first year.

8.- Day five: dedicated to your second year ( second birthday).

9.- Day six onward: dedicated to each year until your current age.

10.- Add a few years.

11.- Add a few decades (until you reach 100).

This can be a profound experience.  Avoid being emotional or dramatic, however.  If your eyes start seeing lights in the mirror, it  is a readjusting of your nerves.

Modifications of this method can be 11 minutes a day, one minute for each body for 40 days.

Note:

Please do not modify the prayers or the method of the meditation. This practice is taken directly from the scriptures and  the way it was given should be respected.
